Information SolvMoney receives
SolvMoney does not currently offer user accounts or bank connections. It does not receive bank credentials, account details, balances, transactions, or account-owner information from financial institutions. The Stripe Financial Connections permissions balances and transactions are not configured or requested by this application. Figures shown in product illustrations are illustrative website content and are not collected from you or connected to your financial accounts.
The sign-up, sign-in, password-reset, and contact forms are browser-side previews. They allow a visitor to enter fields such as name, email address, password, contact topic, and message for local validation, but they do not submit those fields to SolvMoney, create an account, or send a message. The forms clear after a preview submission. Do not enter a real password or sensitive financial information into them. Your browser may separately provide autofill or form-history features.
If you email contact@solvmoney.com, SolvMoney receives the sender information and message content you choose to send so it can respond to your inquiry or request.
The website processes ordinary technical request information needed to return pages and assets. The application does not set or read cookies or browser storage and does not include analytics, advertising, or session-recording code.
Financial account connections
Automatic bank linking, synchronization, refresh, and disconnection are not currently available. There is no active financial-data provider in the application, so no bank-derived information is used to display a linked account, synchronize transactions, or provide budgeting, cash-flow, or reporting features. Those features require a bank-data integration that is not present in the current service.
The intended purpose of a future bank connection is to use permitted balances to display linked accounts and their values, and permitted transactions to keep activity up to date and support budgeting and financial reports. This describes product intent only; the current service does not perform these activities with bank data.
This application does not configure a Stripe Financial Connections session, request a financial-data permission, or receive a Stripe connection response. Therefore, there are no actual account, balance, transaction, or ownership fields to list as information received by SolvMoney, and no live account-selection or consent flow.
Consent and Stripe
No financial-account consent is requested today. If SolvMoney later offers a connection through Stripe Financial Connections, the connection flow must show the requested data permissions, allow you to choose the account or accounts to link, and collect your consent before the permitted information is shared. Stripe also requires users to complete its authentication flow and agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. Read Stripe's permission guidance and its account-connection explanation.
Stripe is not integrated with the current service. This description of Stripe's flow does not mean Stripe has reviewed or approved SolvMoney.
How information is used and shared
SolvMoney uses information submitted by email to review and respond to the message. The current application has no connected account, database, bank-data, payment, email-delivery, analytics, advertising, or session-recording integration. It does not send bank information or form entries to Stripe or another financial-data provider.
The website uses the Inter font through Next.js's font optimization. Next.js downloads font assets during the site build and serves them with the website, so a visitor's browser does not request those font files from Google. See the Next.js font documentation.
This policy describes data flows implemented by the current application. It does not make a broader claim about whether SolvMoney or any separate service sells or shares information outside these application flows.
Storage and retention
The application has no connected user-account or financial-data database. It does not persist form submissions or bank information, and it therefore has no product retention period for account profiles, bank connections, balances, or transactions. Form values are handled in your browser and are not saved by the application.
If you email the privacy address, the message and sender details are received in that mailbox so we can respond. The mailbox provider, processing region, and retention period are not identified in the application configuration and must be confirmed by the site operator.
The website hosting provider, processing region, routine server-log contents, and log-retention period are also not identified in the application configuration. The provider handling this information must be confirmed and this notice updated before financial-account linking is made available.
Access, correction, export, disconnection, and deletion
You can email contact@solvmoney.com with a request about information you sent to SolvMoney, including a request to access, correct, export, or delete it. The current website has no account profile, bank link, or in-app account-data export or deletion controls.
Since bank linking is unavailable, there is no connected account to disconnect and no previously synchronized financial data held by the application. If Stripe Financial Connections is introduced, disconnection and deletion must be treated as distinct actions: Stripe states that disconnecting stops future sharing but does not itself delete information already held by the business or Stripe. Stripe also describes separate ways to submit disconnection and deletion requests in its Financial Connections merchant guidelines. SolvMoney has not implemented those processes.
Cookies, security, and service operation
The application does not set or read cookies or browser storage, and it does not include analytics or advertising tools. The Next.js configuration sets response headers for HSTS, content-type protection, framing protection, referrer policy, DNS prefetch, and browser permissions. These are application-level settings; this policy does not claim encryption at rest, a security certification, or a specific protection for data stored by a provider.
